Took my daughter there on a Sunday at 5 with an ear infection. DR sent in a prescription to a pharmacy that wasn't open and couldn't get it transferred because it was after hours. Dr Melissa Gonzales is Unprofessionsl and Clueless obviously. Manager of cvs didn't know drs name or phone number to call n get her to call it in to a 24 hr pharmacy. Paid $115.00 for nothing and my daughter is sitting here crying in pain. They told me Sorry just take her to the ER! Really??!! She's 5 yrs old. Was not waiting till tomorrow morning.... read more
