I’ve had good experiences at this minute clinic every time I’ve gone, but in late January, I took my son in who was sick for several days. NP is unpleasant and rude.
TERRIBLE- The Provider’s name is Cynthia Broadnax. I waited about 2 hours. Writes everything on a post it note. Does not sanitize after each patient. She put in her notes on cvs MyChart that she did a full physical and testing. Not true. She just did a covid test and rushed because it was lunchtime. Had no clue a full examination was supposed to be included. Until my friend told me of her experience. Also announced my results IN THE STORE. After I left the private area.
