Have never been to a CVS minute clinic, didn't know what to expect. I checked in with the computer system. I got there about noon but when checking in the only appointment available was for 4 pm later that day. When a patient had come out of the room I asked the NP there if that was true she said yes unfortunately she had a booked schedule. I asked her recommendation on where I should go and She then asked me what I was there for, I said an ear infection and she said wait a few minutes I can squeeze you in. Very thorough and attentive care by a practitioner that was very relaxed and pleasant and made me feel very much at ease. Most importantly, took care of my problem.
