I went yesterday for a scheduled vaccine for myself and my 2 year old - the NP greeted us as we arrived a few minutes before our appointment time, brought us back the the room promptly, was very sweet and kind with my child, and the vaccines were administered swiftly and without fuss! Great experience, would return again!

I was told my insurance covered visit then received huge bill.
I have been able to get vaccines relatively quickly here from signing up, but they are usually busy and really booked up so it's hard to get an appointment the day of or sometimes the next day if you have any ailment. They advertise that they take walk-ins, but they don't really so don't rely on that. If you are in need of urgent care or that kind of thing, I would recommend going across the street to Express Care since they have lots of appointments, longer hours, and more staff. Very slow. Got to my appointment early and wasn't seen until 50 minutes after my appointment. There was only one person in front of me. Their visit lasted 45 minutes. WTH!!! Ellicot city and Sykesville is where I usually go. They are excellent!!
