This location is closed. Booked a covid test for travel and took an uber here to find a shuttered store and empty parking lot. Now I have to scramble and find another testing site in time for my flight. They are still accepting appointments for this place!

This place is closed… and they’re still scheduling COVID test appointments out of this location. a fun realization after traversing all of NYC to get here😑
If I could give them 1/2 a star I would. I scheduled a Covid-19 test for 2:15pm on a Wednesday. Know when they called me for the test? NEVER!!! And this was after I called them while I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes with assurance they'd call me soon. Disgraceful. Don't go to this location. Don't buy shampoo, don't buy vitamins, don't buy Anything at this location.
Terrible service. After waiting 1:30 hour she said i’m not accepting fidelis insurance and even for flu shot she asked 50$ , which is are free everywhere.
