Above and beyond customer services
This was my first visit and the check-in process was easy. Each person I encountered was very caring and I will definitely consider CVS Minute Clinic over urgent care in the future.
PA was cold and indifferent. Checked for uti which wbc should positive but did not send off for culture which is standard protocol. Had to have redone at Quest which slowed down the whole process and treatment.
Arrived a couple minutes prior to closing desperate to get an inhaler. My asthma gets extremely bad when I get sick and I tried to make the trip on my only day off just for the doctor to walk out while I was setting up a walk in and tell me to come back tomorrow bc they closed early on Sundays. I told her I was desperate and couldn't breathe so I needed an inhaler and she said they opened at 8am and to make an appointment. As someone who works in the medical field.
