I had a 10:20 appointment. I arrived early as the communication asked and the NP didnt arrive until 10:35. She had left to randomly go and get iced coffee. not professional at all.
The NP is Horrible at this location her name is Hajnalka Draper. She does not know what she's doing. I arrived sick and left sick. She refused to give me any medicine she kept saying get something over the counter. She's in the wrong business because she doesn't care about the patients.
Horrible experience with the doctor on staff. She seemed rushed, and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, she repeatedly told me that since I don’t have insurance it would be “too much money” and that I should go to a government assistance clinic. When I asked about pricing, she said vaccines are $200+ each. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was an older doctor with blonde hair and an accent.
Muy mala actitud de la dizque doctora. Pésimo carácter y muy grosera. Tenía cita. A las 12.30 y llegue a registrarme a las 12.18 y salío gritándome. Que tenía que haber registrado a las 12.10 estaba lloviendo mucho y no podía llegar a tiempo por la lluvia. Pero como poco profesional no entiende. No vuelvo a ir a esta clínica. Septiembre 7 .espero y cambie su actitud. O si no que la cambien a ella. Muy mal servicio
