Gillian Magni NP at CVS in Watertown, MA (189 Watertown street) was quite literally the rudest provider I’ve ever encountered. I’m a 26 year old PA student so am hyper aware of how providers behave. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait for over an hour. It was really tough because I was struggling with the flu and just wanted to be seen on time.
I’ve honestly never been so upset with a service in my life. I went in with an extremely bad cough. I scheduled an appointment for 4:50pm and wasn’t seen until a little after 5:30. I don’t have insurance at the moment and let the doctor know I would be paying out of pocket. After I told the doctor my symptoms, she told me that without insurance, my visit would be a flat rate of $105 plus a little more for the tests she would run and that the total would be no more than $200. 1 star too high imo. Wish it were zero. Waited for 45 min for appointment just for a test. Then, provider called in someone who had arrived later and wasn't even scheduled. Waited in total 1+ hour. Very disappointed, won't come back.
