I had an appt for 1:10 on a Saturday where there was ONE nurse practitioner working (on a busy Saturday). Per the email and text message alerts, I arrived 10 minutes early to my appt, 1pm. 30 minutes pass and the patient being seen in the room had not yet come out. 45 minutes later the patient comes out, and the NP says to about 4 of us in the waiting area that she's running behind, but doesn't give an estimate of how much longer. 2pm hits (an hour of waiting). If there is no time for walk-ins appointments, it should be listed. If TB blood testing isn’t available here then please list that prior to the 1.5 hour wait.
I was seen by NP Alexandra and she was absolutely amazing!
Waited for almost an hour, had 3 people before me. Left. Why did you schedule so many people if you can't handle it?
