Running 45-50 minutes behind for a "Minute" Clinic when you had to make an appointment for 4:30 after coming in at 12:40 and being turned away at 12:50 despite posted lunch being 1 to 2 PM is frustrating. Luckily the NP was awesome, thorough, and kind. It takes six or seven minutes for the test to be performed.
Scheduled a vaccine appointment for 8:50am. Checked in early virtually, and not a single person showed up for 30 minutes. Pharmacy was unhelpful as well. I’m guessing someone didn’t show and they didn’t bother to cancel morning appointments. Left without a vaccine and late for work
