Do better … you say walk-ins are welcome but are they really? My son went there at 1:20.. you close at 2… there is literally no one there and you tell him something must be wrong with the system because he couldn’t sign in as a walk in.…if your a walk in that means that you didn’t make an appt..
Went in with my 2 year old for a Covid shot. 11:50 appointment, we were on time. An entire family was seen before us for vaccinations, they were walk-ins. Finally it's our turn at 12:45. Nurse says insurance doesn't cover any vaccinations under 18 yo at minute clinics. Had no issues last year, this is all thanks to RFK. I hope we're great now
I know for a fact when I went in today that all of their appointment slots were booked - and I had booked one myself - they were ~45 minutes behind, and still taking walk-ins? If you know your day is booked solid, why take walk-ins in the first place? I literally just watched as one nurse waited for the clinic lead to be done with their patients, briefly discuss something, and then come back 10 minutes later to wait for info on a different patient. I had an appt for 1:10 on a Saturday where there was ONE nurse practitioner working (on a busy Saturday). Per the email and text message alerts, I arrived 10 minutes early to my appt, 1pm. 30 minutes pass and the patient being seen in the room had not yet come out. 45 minutes later the patient comes out, and the NP says to about 4 of us in the waiting area that she's running behind, but doesn't give an estimate of how much longer. 2pm hits (an hour of waiting).
