Attentive practitioner, had to wait for 30 minutes but overall good experience.
I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all. The website states: no appointment necessary , walk-ins are always welcome! However we were turned away because “the schedule is full with appointments and walk-ins.” The nurse was by herself in her office and the waiting room was empty. Dear CVS MinuteClinic Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my husband and I received at the MinuteClinic located in the CVS in Watertown on 06/05/2025 around 1:15 PM. My husband needed to receive several vaccines. He was able to get four of them at the CVS in Brookline, but they did not have the polio vaccine available. Beware! I was charged $550 for a urine test for a possible UTI. Received bill without an itemized services so I don't even know what I was charged for. At first glance, the invoice looked like a phishing attempt. It was that unprofessional & devoid of any information other then the price that was charged to the CC. Also, there's a lack of transparency with costs of services. Needless to say, I won't be back to CVS anytime soon!
