Scheduled a vaccine appointment for 8:50am. Checked in early virtually, and not a single person showed up for 30 minutes. Pharmacy was unhelpful as well. I’m guessing someone didn’t show and they didn’t bother to cancel morning appointments. Left without a vaccine and late for work
Attentive practitioner, had to wait for 30 minutes but overall good experience.
I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all. The website states: no appointment necessary , walk-ins are always welcome! However we were turned away because “the schedule is full with appointments and walk-ins.” The nurse was by herself in her office and the waiting room was empty. What a waste of my time and horrible service.They should change how they promote the clinic since it’s obviously not true, walk-ins are definitely not “always welcome” She asked me why I needed to be seen and said that I should just go to urgent ca... read more
