I want to give kudos to provider Amy Johnson. She went above and beyond to be sure the prior authorization for my medication was submitted correctly and approved. She is easy to communicate with, responds to her messages and is empathetic. All around great experience with her and I would highly recommend her again and again to anyone looking for a PCP who cares about their patients.
