I had a great experience during my visit. The staff was efficient, taking my vitals exactly at my appointment time. NP Rowena was not only very nice but also took the time to provide clear and helpful information.
This is specific for the 9101 hwy 6 north location. Came in with my 3 yr old wheezing and having breathing problems. Scheduled for 945am but got there at 9am. Asked if i could be seen but was told that there are other appts first. I totally agree with appt schedule, but what happened to children breathing as a priority.? Regardless to say, waited till 940am and then when she gets to me(black lady nurse.practioner) she states that she does not have the capability to give a breathing treatment and said go to an ER.
