Very time consuming to get a hold of customer service to sort out billing issues.
Nurse wouldn’t take me as a walk-in because “there were no appointments available.” There were literally zero patients there and she was just sitting there. Ridiculous.
Amazing experience! Katie was so attentive from the moment I walked in. Verifying my insurance and taking me through everything going on. Best experience I’ve ever had at a MinuteClinic and will absolutely be back for any other needs.
If you can.. please avoid this place at all costs. This place does not have good intentions whatsoever for their clients.I don't even know how they can run this kind of business. There are great clinics and urgent centers around the area that you can try at a lower price and with actual service.
