Great caring service.
They cancelled my appointment without notifying me. The most recent communication is from this morning telling me how to check in. When I get there the automatic check in couldn't find my appointment. I would have spoken to a provider but they were on break from 11-11:20. My appointment was for 11. I'm not waiting 20 minutes especially for a cancelled appointment. I only found out it was cancelled when I logged into my CVS app. Some form of communication would have been appreciated.
I had really good experience. Ms Patel was so kind and helpful.
Maddie and all the NP's at the Bryn Mawr location are amazing!! They take their time to understand each patient and are empathetic and kind. They are wonderful individuals!
