My daughter, got sick with a 103.3 temp. We had to scramble to find somewhere to take her because we couldn't make it to her PCP before closing hours. We had an appointment scheduled at CVS Minute Clinic but canceled it and just did a walk in (It's an option on their website)because we were going to be late due to horrible traffic everywhere. I had a great experience here, the nurse practitioner was clear to understand.
Yes, they were 30 minutes past my scheduled time and I was annoyed (because this seems to always happen), but I received just great bedside manner and care from Jacquilyn that there’s no way I can hold a grudge. She’s just so freaking caring and knowledgeable and genuinely makes you feel better that I left laughing and virtually stress free. I may have misspelled her name, but anyway she actually made my visit very pleasant unlike the last time I tried a minute clinic. Yall definitely need more practitioners like her.
This is my second time in a week that I have been to this location, and each time, I have been waiting 20+ minutes for my appointment. This is a complaint that I have with many clinics and health care providers. I book an appointment, but because they are running behind, I will inevitably be waiting for over twenty or so minutes to be seen.
