I went to this CVS minute clinic to be evaluated for acute respiratory symptoms and left without being treated. I was seen by NP Jacquil who ultimately dismissed my symptoms and refused to treat me. I have recurring bronchitis and was previously treated with antibiotics by another CVS provider which helped significantly. Even with a fever, acute respiratory symptoms and a negative viral panel, this new NP refused to treat me and only recommended otc mucinex. So ridiculous!! Most affordable option I can find for someone who doesn’t have medical insurance. Process was easy to schedule and the wait time was almost non existent. Will definitely return for my annual exams.

I had never used minute clinic so I had no expectations ,but I would highly recommend minute clinic Signing in was so easy, wait time was minimal, the medical person was very easy to relate to and process so easy and efficient. I would definitely use them again.
30 min in the waiting room!! This is ridiculous what’s the point of an appointment there’s no one infront of me!!!!
