Staff was friendly but received a bill for the office visit that my insurance didn’t cover and couldn’t explain to me what the charge is for and I gotta contact my insurance for an explanation of their charge.
This place has a real cool concept behind it and is very convenient. My only problem is the NP kept insisting on certain medications I should take so when I told her to send a script to my pharmacy (multiple times) she refused to prescribe me both of them because they're over the counter... even tho my insurance would have paid for them. she kept insisting i buy them from the CVS store. Didn't sit well with me..
Never again. Shouldn’t take an hour to acknowledge a patient, because the nurse was running late.
Double billed. Billing department is a nightmare to deal with. Customer service is very unprofessional and refuses to assist correcting my account in spite of their mistake.
