From the moment I walked into the MinuteClinic, Robyn was helpful and assisted me with my needs. She quickly figured out what I came in for, pulled up my medical records, and then administered the medication that I requested. I appreciate her willingness to chat with me briefly while doing her work. Her kindness and care for her patient was wonderful! Melissa Richardson, nurse practitioner for Minute Clinic at this CVS location was extremely rude, patronizing and unhelpful. I highly encourage you to use Midwest Express Clinics instead if you want to be treated with any respect.

I had a surprisingly positive experience at the Minute Clinic. It was only a flu shot, but everything was on-time, professional, and positive. I wish I could remember the name of the Nurse Practitioner - she was terrific.
