Melissa Richardson, nurse practitioner for Minute Clinic at this CVS location was extremely rude, patronizing and unhelpful. I highly encourage you to use Midwest Express Clinics instead if you want to be treated with any respect.

I had a surprisingly positive experience at the Minute Clinic. It was only a flu shot, but everything was on-time, professional, and positive. I wish I could remember the name of the Nurse Practitioner - she was terrific.
The nurse practitioner at this MinuteClinic was really nice. I think her name is Robin. This is the one at 1165 N. Clark.
This is a walk-in clinic I've used for years, but I guess they have a new provider now. Today I was in the waiting area, checked in on the waiting list, and there were no other patients anywhere. The provider came out and told me even if no one else was there they wouldn't see me from the waiting list. Do not recommend this clinic anymore, and no others on the screen. The whole point of a walk-in clinic seems lost on them.
