This clinic says its unavailable and not 24hours as I called to confirm before driving there. Then he states that it must be the pharmacy thats 24 hours. Then why post the minute clinic hours that is 24hours on google when its not

The doctor turned me away even though I have Medicaid. She seriously wouldn’t help me at all. I’ve been here before and had a lovely doctor who helped me with an ear ache, but the one working today (July 29, 9:30 AM) lacked compassion and knowledge. I now have to go to urgent care because this doctor was incompetent…and my ears still hurt
Make sure your insurance is uploaded before you go in for your appointment. I just lost my appointment time and had to reschedule for another location because when I showed the doctor my insurance card and she typed it in it didn’t immediately go through in the system. She said I could either pay for it up front or reschedule once I had confirmed my insurance. There was no one at the front desk to help me. I never write reviews, but I had to make this because I had a truly terrible experience. I called the morning of my appointment to make sure they could help me with the issue I was having and they assured me they could. I was taken in 40 minutes late which wasn’t ideal, but okay, that happens. Then I was met with the rudest woman I’ve met in a long long time. Who in the nastiest way possible told me she couldn’t help me. Please go somewhere else.
