I really wish they would hire more people so you don't have to sit there for nearly an hour regardless of your appointment only to be told they can't help you
I read reviews before going in for my appointment and found I had a much more positive experience than some other reviewers. I was treated by Rena Mammoo and she was absolutely lovely. I’m not sure what some of the other reviewers found issue with, but my experience was nothing short of pleasant. She was kind, caring and empathetic.
