Had a delightful visit
went for my flu shot. gave my updated insurance. watched the NP input the correct insurance. they still billed the old insurance instead. then charged my debit card $129 when it was (understandably) declined by the old insurance. then i had to call them 3x. they said they’ll run the correct insurance. but they won’t refund me until my insurance covers the claim. even though it’s their error in the first place. told me to wait a month and see what happens! definitely go elsewhere if at all possible.
Careful if you get a flu vaccine there. They claim that it is covered by most of the insurance providers (which I have, including a great plan) but in reality you end up with a $100 bill because of the way the bill it. Go to a normal pharmacy not minute clinic!!
they were super quick and very kind, one of the easiest flu shot experiences ever.
