NP Chen was extremely pleasant, a great listener, and, overall, provided a safe and clean environment.
Had an appointment for 12:20, was told at 12:48 by the NP that she couldn’t see me until after lunch (2PM) because she was running very behind. There needs to be a better system for either prioritizing appointments or letting people know ahead of time if they are running so behind.
