Had an appointment for 12:20, was told at 12:48 by the NP that she couldn’t see me until after lunch (2PM) because she was running very behind. There needs to be a better system for either prioritizing appointments or letting people know ahead of time if they are running so behind.
You call and you can not get past the AI phone service!!! Whatever happened to real people??? With all the jobless people in the city you guys decided yo use AI huh?? Gee that’s really thoughtful of you!!
