I had the worst experience here, went to get a hepatitis B titer, that I specifically said it was the only one I needed and NP Yu Chen ordered more tests that what I requested, having to pay $1000 for all those tests. Patients should be advised on what they have to pay before ordering a bunch of unrequested tests.
