I went to the Minute Clinic on Sept 11th to get a Flu and Covid Vaccine. The Nurse took my insurance card, entered the information in the system, then administered the vaccines. Today I received a bill in the mail for $655 stating that the vaccines are not covered by my insurance. Why didn't the nurse inform me of this prior to giving me the vaccines? I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The NP and nurse were so nice and great with both my kids!
Same day appointment, was seen on time. Asked my past medical history & how it was treated. The NP gave me options, then sent the Rx over to the pharmacy. I was in & out with an Rx in hand in just under 30 mins! Super helpful for sinus infections/upper respiratory infects that i can't wait for my primary to schedule an office visit. I've been here at least 4 times for the same sinus issues. They're quick to respond & to chat with me. Can't go wrong here!
Stephanie is incredible! Very quick wait time, friendly interactions, and I got exactly what I needed. She explained things perfectly and I will recommend this clinic to everyone!
