That yesterday at ehe Minuteclinic if you don't know ow anything about insurance ce then you should have not got hired there I needed to get seen too I knowI gotten flu and I done my own stuff on my own and taking care of myself worst state to live in when doctor's and nurses can't help the patient or even listen to the patient on there health there right and the patient is wrong. Nora was so friendly and helpful.
Still hoping they can help but the lady on the phone was so incredibly unhelpful it was like she just WANTED to tell me they can't help. Literally told me staff at MC CAN help with paperwork but then turned around and said they probably won't help me since I just moved and will want me to schedule with my "current providers" which, I told her multiple times are IN ARIZONA so how am I supposed to do that?
