Very disappointed in the fact that I have insurance, however the Minute Clinic did not bother to bill my insurance before deducting several hundred dollars out of my account without the courtesy of letting me know what was going on. I received an email AFTER the fact. I wouldn’t have known unless I checked my bank statement. I tried to pay my copay at the time of service and was told that I do not owe anything at that time. Would give them 0 if I could. The NP i saw did nothing but run a strep test and tell me it wA negative. Didn’t file to my insurance even though she had my information and made me pay a copay. Sent me a bill. Then I had to sit on hold for 30 mins for there business office to tell me the system was down. Ridiculous. What a joke.
