Practitioner was caring, helpful, and did not make me feel like I was just the next patient.
Nurse was kinda dumb and just told me to go to urgent care instead of testing me there. I went to another minute clinic and they did it immediately and got me the prescription I needed. So I don’t know what that lady’s problem is but they should figure that out.
What a wonderful experience I had at our local CVS MinuteClinic in Aurora, Ohio! I had scheduled a 2nd appointment to get some additional information about my lab work results. I was kindly greeted by O. Gudalevich. After waiting 3 days for the results of what was a simple test, I shared my frustration and need for medication due to the pain I was experiencing.
