Very easy site to make appointments and also on site. I've never had any difficulty and those who have seen me have taken the time to provide personable communication with information and detail. I was also happy that they were in stock for the shingles vaccine. ++

Made an appointment for a rapid test in advance, got texts and emails all day confirming and reminding me of my appointment, showed up 15 minutes early like it said and NOBODY WAS EVEN THERE. Lights off, everything packed away, and it wasn't even CLOSE to closing time. Zero stars if I could.
Very unpleasant experience. Go if you don’t mind being ignored and belittled. Sad because this was once my go to clinic.
CVS Hour Clinic: Appointment times not kept, even with staff in the exam room. Door closed for 20 minutes (not lunch time), then "not ready yet" with door open and no patient in the room.
