I would give ZERO if I could. I had a TB skin test done Monday 11/18– you have to return within 48-72 hours for it to be read or else it is invalid. I showed up today 11/20 for my SCHEDULED follow up and waited 1.5 hours just to find out the nurse didn’t come in today. The workers in the front and the pharmacy said that the clinic is separate from them & they never know when the nurse just “doesn’t show up”. My time and money was WASTED and now I have to go to a different place to get ANOTHER test done.
Amazing service! Chung is the best person over ever had the pleasure of seeing. Helped me with my sinus infection super fast!
Wait-time was good for such a busy clinic. Althea, my provider was very pleasant, kind, and informative. She made the visit a breeze.
TERRIBLE!!! AWFUL PEOPLE WHO DON'T DESERVE TO TRY AND TREAT PEOPLE! They not only mis-diagnosed me and prescribed me the incorrect medication, but they refused to send out my prescriptions in the first place?? It took me 2 days to get my prescriptions that ended up making me worse and I had to go to the hospital. I was told they prescribed me medicine that did nothing for what was actually wrong and they told me to take over the counter drugs that ended up worsening my condition.
