While I was 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, once in, the nurse practitioner Leha, was very cordial, considerated, and took care of what I came for just fine.
awful! the doctor was incredibly rude and angry the entire time as if I was causing him some kind of issue by needing medical care, he showed zero professionalism, immediately complained about how appointments aren't supposed to be so early (this was 9:15) kept talking about how he wasn't supposed to be here and usually works at the hospital, and was cursing while talking to me. Don't waste your time going here
I went to the MinuteClinic yesterday because I felt like I had a URI. The assistant asked me 15 minutes worth of questions and then when I saw the NP, she asked me another 15 minutes of questions many of them having to do with a mental state, memory questions because I was over 65, and all of my health history, which they must already have in the system because I’ve been there before.
