Won’t use again. Nurse Practitioner flustered and unprofessional, running late, discussing other patient’s sensitive info in waiting room. During exam, she had difficult time entering info in computer. My pharmacy advised prescription dosage was incorrect, and they’d attempted to contact her multiple times, which she denied. When I finally spoke to her, the response was my “pharmacist should have known what she meant!”

I went to this clinic for a strep test and sore throat evaluation. I made an appointment easily online. The nurse practitioner was kind, quick, and overall great! She performed the test, checked me out sent some meds and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Plus it was about 1/5 of the cost of just the copay for urgent care. Highly recommend!

Was able to make an appt online. Even called ahead of time to get a question answered. Then told they cannot help bc my daughter is a minor. It was for a simple UTI test. They had 3 hours to cancel the appt or let me know and didn’t.

Took my daughter into the WALK IN CLINIC only to be told they could not see her because she didn't have an appointment. We were there when they opened with no other patients in site. Very frustrating. Come on CVS, we expect better: it's your right to change your operating format and require appointments, but at least update your web presence and store signage. No need to make people wait for you to open only to send them to another 24hr walk in facility.
