This is the worst clinic I’ve ever experienced. First attempt at coming here, I was told it was an 85 minute wait when there was absolutely no one else here. Then second try, I tried to make an appointment online and there were no available appointments so tried to walk in on a Saturday at 5 when they close at 5:30 and was told “no we stop taking appointments at 4:50”. So why in the hell do you advertise your hours as 5:30 when you don’t take walk-ins after 4:50 and I can’t make an appointment online… the doctor was very rud... read more
This Minute clinic is the absolute best, and they have the best nurse practitioners here especially Mrs. Iris Randall!!! She is awesome, she is caring, she is always willing to see someone and help out as much as she can. I felt very welcome and took him care of in such a timely manner. I know a patient who experienced a delay in receiving diagnostic results due to the mishandling of a urine sample by the provider, Dr. Bhattari. The original sample was misplaced, and the patient was not informed of this issue until four days later. As a result, the patient had to schedule a new appointment, which was only available one week after being notified.
