Had a great experience at the Chalfont CVS Mini Clinic as a walk in patient. I was seen in about 35 minutes. Suzanne the NP was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
Terrible- got a tb test at chalfont location on a Friday. Set up reading of test for Sunday. Last minute cancellation from cvs. Rescheduled for Monday morning at 8:4am, pulled into cvs and got another cancellation notice from cvs. Totally terrible service. Mgr. had nothing to do with minute clinic - also after I called the service # to advise of issue- I was informed another $50. For the READING of test. Already paid $36. When I got the test. Horrible!!!
Dr. Jennifer was extremely helpful and nice.
Excellent experience. Very efficient and friendly. Easy to schedule on the app and easy to check in. All results and visit summary available through the app. Very clean facility. Seen promptly at my appt time.
The staff there were WONDERFUL! So incredibly helpful & kind when I was super stressed out about some paperwork I’d needed completed (very last minute because I’d misunderstood an email from my employer) to keep my premiums from spiking. I truly don’t have enough good things to say.
