Worst experience ever! The web site said walk ins only. When I got there 1 patient was in the office. I was told I’d be in to see the Nurse Practitioner next. 5 minutes later the patient left and the NP closed the door and was on the phone. 30 minutes later I asked why I wasn’t being seen. I only needed a refill on an antibiotic for an ear infection that they (CVS) diagnosed the week before and prescribed 7 days of treatment. Most antibiotics are prescribed for 10 days or more. The rude NP didn’t even get out her chair, stuc... read more
Please make certain they file your insurance correctly. What should of been a copay of $25 is a bill for $139. The insurance company confirmed they didn't bill through insurance and they called multiple times and couldn't get thru. I have been on hold for over 1 hour now as I write this. Even tried doing this online but they will not allow you to enter your insurance information they just only want full payment (from what I could figure out). Day of Appointment: I was there 30 minutes before they opened for appointments and ... read more
Kimberly, the nurse practitioner was extremely professional and timely. I waited no more than 5 minutes. Scheduling online ahead of time is the way to go!
Glenda, in the Minute Clinic, was about as condescending as she could have been. Being lectured about antibiotics is not what I needed today. She spent more time typing my insurance info than examine my child. What a huge waste of time.
Brought my toddler in thinking she has an ear infection, shes been fighting it for a couple months now. The nurse practitioner was very nice and didnt poke around too hard, once she could see the redness of the infection stopped and we discussed medicine. She also discussed with me what might happen next if it doesnt clear up. Think we were handled great although paying out of pocket is expensive! She found us Goodrx coupons for medicine prescribed. Only waited 20min since I booked a spot online.
MinuteClinic has a 2.2 star rating with 13 reviews.
MinuteClinic is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
