We were the only appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes. Extremely unfriendly and cold attitude. Didn’t greet us, barely spoke to us, no bedside manner with this lady. Completely dismissive and said just go to the ER for a sore throat. She should take her own depression survey! Waste of time. Went to urgent care next door and had a fantastic compassionate staff with a solution for my sons illness.
I never received a service from them. Terrible place.
I have gone to this Minute Clinic a hand full of times and every experience I have had has been great. Each time I was treated by Hayat I received very friendly, thoughtful, and thorough care. Making an appointment and check in is very easy and quick. I highly suggest this Minute Clinic and receiving care from Hayat
