Why have a phone when it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone??? I have a prescription question and have to drive in from outside of town just to speak to anyone. After jumping through 10 hoops on an automated answering machine, and being left on hold for over half an hour. 0/5 stars for the sole fact they refuse to answer phones. INFURIATING.
Poor service, missed diagnosing my daughter's bronchitis, not friendly & dismissive. Waste of money and time. Will never return.
The nurse practitioner, Karen Frazier, NP, was so friendly and informative during my visit. I did not have to wait long because the person in front of me left before being called back. She showed amazing bedside manner and even called the family with the prior appointment to make sure they couldn't come back in given they had just left- something other providers would not have cared about just to get on with their day. Would be better if the nurses aid washed her hands and changed her gloves. Healthcare professionals should know better!
Make sure they enter all your insurance information correctly. I went there a week ago and received a charge today for $354. Once I called their billing department and read off my insurance ID number the person on the phone told me that they entered it in wrong the day of my appointment. So now I'm out $354 until my insurance processes the claim then I have to call CVS minuteclinic and ask for a refund. I'll die before I ever go back to this place.
