NP Ann really needs some “bedside manner” training. Maybe she’s a nice person outside of her job, but in the role she’s overbearing and alarmist. 95% of my visit was spent on her lecturing me about something completely unrelated to my issue. She didn’t explain how/why she came to her diagnosis of my current issue, or what to do in case I do not feel better. This is Not a minute clinic period they book all their appointments online and are never available for walkin's period super frustrating, and as I'm trying to figure out what to do with my daughter, who vomited in the parking lot on the way in the lady wouldn't stop talking to me about all of the other locations That I could drive to That. While Ann was the absolute worst “provider” I have ever had the misfortune of meeting, the Management is even worse for allowing her to still work there. After reading a few other complaints it seems mine is not so different and its been going on a while. She didn’t listen to me, tried to scare and intimidate me about safely prescribed meds being dangerous, took my temp in the ear I said hurt and in general spoke down to me.
