The service was fine but didn’t expect would be this expensive after in network service… only did a consultation with one test, and I still got 120$ bills…..
Great team. both the nurse and the doctor, both incredible. They took great care of me, and explained all of my symptoms and procedures to follow. Kind and friendly. I had a very pleasant experience.
Wonderful , by any standard.
Doctor was rude. Asked how I check in, told me on the kiosk or my phone, told her I didn’t have an appointment I was just a walk in, and she said “well that’s because we’re booked then”. Remember it’s not what you say and how you say it. This woman has no tact whatsoever.
Made an appointment for 11:50am and arrived at 10am since they allowed walk ins to hopefully get seen earlier. There was no one else in line, I checked in and waited. I could hear that there was an employee shuffling around in the back and continued to wait. The sign said their lunch break was 12pm-1pm and they were open. Ended up not being seen till my 11:50 time which was fine, whatever. I had a sore throat so I just got my throat swabbed to see if I had strep (I didn't) and was on my way.
