This place is a joke don’t go here. They close at 7:30 and stop talking patients at 7:10. No regard for people in need.
My insurance is active but they couldn’t get it to go through their system so I had to pay out of pocket which was disappointing. Almost $200 for a brief exam and a strep test. They also took my temp with a touchless thermometer that read 97.8– I got home and took an oral temp and it was 100.8 so they missed the fact that I had a fever going on and I don’t think those touchless ones are ever accurate and you should probably get rid of those. I have always used MinuteClinic because they are convenient, have good availability and make accurate diagnoses for minor things. I will think twice before using them again! I was billed for a visit that happened over one year ago and my credit card was charged for a visit that happened 8 months ago. When talking to them, they said insurance denied the claims three times which is why I am getting billed.
