I went for a quick diagnostic test for A1C. It was first appointment in the morning, so I didn't expect any delays. The care provider explained the process and completed the procedures as expected. I had a voucher from my medical insurance, it was processed without any issues, so no issues from payment wise also. Procedure time duration also was acceptable.
Very impressed. First time using the CVS minute clinic. The nurse practitioner took her time assessing the problem. Explained everything in detail. When we were done, prescription was ready in 5 minutes!
Katelyn, the nurse practitioner, was super polite, respectful, and helpful! She went above and beyond with my care and I couldn't be more happy! Wonderful experience and wonderful person!
