I had a horrible experience! I went in there for a tb blood test and guess what, the provider doesn’t even know how to draw blood. Instead blamed for me on having not good enough veins. What a wonderful way to disgrace yourself!
I wouldn't even give this place one star. I scheduled a rapid COVID test and I thought it was at this location. I let Brittany know that my husband and I had the first 2 appointments this morning at 8:50 and 9:00 am and I wanted to know if we were supposed to wait in our car or come inside upon arrival. Brittany the nurse/dr. was extremely rude and unprofessional. She stated for me not to tell her what was on her schedule and that I should have read the confirmation details. Why bother making an appointment? Appointments are NOT honored at this location. False advertising and extremely poor customer service!
Online and on the phone recording it states you have to be signed in 15 minutes before closing. So I pack up my newborn and 3 year old to be turned away at 5:07 when I should have been able to sign in until 5:15. No one was waiting, they just cut the machines off early. So now I'm still sick and had to drag my two kids out in the cold.
