I did not get any of the information I needed following my visit, and am thoroughly disappointed by the care I received. The disparity in the reviews on CVS compared to on Google is stark, and now I understand why.
Waited 45 minutes to just schedule an appointment and when the nurse finally came out she just looked at me and walked back inside. Just go anywhere else
Came in this morning for care. The nurse on staff was extremely rude and dismissive in relaying that she was unable to provide care due to her being behind. As a person going there seeking care and empathy it was disheartening to be talked to in such a way, due to her inability to manage her time and responsibilities. 0/5 recommend.
Just to explain how bad this location is I had to make a Google account just to leave this review. I got scheduled for return line to have a Tb test read and they closed up without any warning. They say to check the very day to ensure that they are there just to cover their asses and give no notice. there was at least six of us waiting in the lobby until one of us decided to check and see if anybody was going to help us out. I can’t even make an appointment for TB testing here anymore. They’re closed on random days and don’t list it anywhere but a random paper at the location, so if you’re doing a walk in good luck! I wasted time and gas to show up to a clinic with no one there despite it showing them as open online. It’s ridiculously frustrating.
