I have been to this Minute Clinic twice in the last two weeks for a recurring issue. Both times I was seen by Amanda Mclaughlin, NP and she is simply fabulous. She's very competent and professional, has a great bedside manner and is very approachable. CVS should treasure her as she's an awesome resource.
NP Amanda was great. She was very nice, knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable there. She was quick and proficient with the uncomfortable tests for flu & strep.
Hours posted online are incorrect. M-F the hours posted inside says until 6pm. Sat until 4:30, and Sun until 4.
My mother and I got a rapid covid test here, I got my results 30 minutes later like I was told I would, my mother has not heard from CVS and its been over 4 hours, we called a million times trying to get ahold of any real person but it only brings us to automated people on the phone. I tested positive so she desperately needs to know if she is too and it is extremely frustrating because everyone that we did speak to in the pharmacy and in the store were extremely unhelpful and we will never be coming back.
