Do not go here for anything pediatric. The NP completely ignored my child’s symptoms and then prescribed an inhaler that is not indicated at all for the symptoms I described and my child demonstrated. This was a huge waste of time.
My experience with the Minute Clinic at Kolb and Sunrise was horrible. We had three consecutive appointments for flu shots and after waiting 25 minutes (i.e., each appointment was missed) we canceled them and left. We never saw the person who was supposed to administer the vaccine in the 30+ minutes we were there. I will never go back. This is not customer service and reflects poorly on CVS as a whole.
The nurse practitioner, Allison, was very knowledgable, professional, caring and communicated very well. I was there for three vaccinations and without a doubt I can say that I've never had more fun getting sharp pieces of steel stuck in my arms and being pumped full of stuff made in a lab. She was great!!
