I went to the Minute Clinic and scheduled a walk in. After waiting for about 30 minutes, the nurse came out and told me they wouldn’t be able to see me today, even though my appointment was confirmed. I thought the Minute Clinic was supposed to be for walk-ins?
If you need to go to the minute clinic don’t even bother at least not at this location. Just go somewhere else. Made an appointment online and got there at the time that we picked (scheduled around 10-11 appointment wasn’t until 3) they rudely told us that they wouldn’t see us because we checked in through the kiosk (even though we made an appointment online at home through cvs website. I just typed in my name and birthday into the kiosk like normal. It found my appointment and said that a nurse would check in with me.) Both... read more
If I could give 10 stars I would the pa was awesome she was really good and she explained everything to me I recommend this place to everyone
These trained professionals really know their stuff! I came in with a menagerie of mystery symptoms and Nurse Stacey Pippin helped point to the solution, and recommended prompt further action via an ER and further tests. She was absolutely correct, as I'm now in hospital having completed 1 of the 2 emergency surgeries I needed. Thank you, Nurse Stacey and the excellent Minute Clinic staff!
Had a great experience; went in to get tested for Covid and the providers took the time to listen to my symptoms, asked probing questions and overall did a thorough evaluation to ensure they were not missing anything.
