It took 15 minutes after check in to get a confirmation text. 60 minutes later, still no communication even though no one else was waiting, nor was anyone being seen. There was also no option to specify my problem at check in; all I needed was steroids for poison ivy.
The clinician was friendly and professional. The clinic was very clean. The minute clinic is convenient with my busy schedule.

I had 2 appointments for my son’s physical. Our appointment was at 8:30am it’s now 9:48 and only one of my sons has been seen. The physical took 8 min why are we still here. Do not come here they waste your time.
