Be very careful when using CVS minute clinics. I was told my services would be covered by insurance, immediately after services were rendered the provider told me that now the computer is suddenly saying I need to pay out of pocket. I walked out paying a very large amount of money that I was not informed I’d be paying AND on the wall services were posted as cheaper than what she charged me before I could leave. They don't value anyone's time, have been there 3 times and have actually only seen the PA/Nurse once...went back to follow up my labs had a 6pm appointment and at 630 they were just taking care of the person ahead of me who had an appointment at 540?? Nurse Culpepper seems nice enough but has no concept of time or scheduling . .wont be back
This clinic has plenty of time slots available right when I need it the most. It is always accommodating. The healthcare professional (NP) was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. I felt like the calvary had arrived to help us with our immediate medical needs.
Visited the Wilderness Oak location. Horrible experience. Dr. Marian Pepper was not very knowledgeable and was not really trying to help me.
Good service and the doctor was nice and helpful. The service super clean and very comfortable space.
