Do not waist your time. I tried to check in early today and no one ever came out. It said it was closed on one door and out to lunch on the other door returning at 2:37 and I waited for 20 minutes until 2:50pm. Then came back at 4:30 my appt was at 5pm, still no one there or came out to great anyone, except 2 other patients waiting. When I tried to checkin it said my confirmation number expired. What a waist of time!!!
I was late to my appointment due to a mix up in clinic location but NP was able to fit me in. She was very thorough with her examination and review of my symptoms which prompted me to go to the ER to properly treat my illness even though I was feeling fine. Her tactfulness about the seriousness of my situation kept me calm and gave me more feedback to seek prompt attention.
This is not a walk in clinic .. I went in to have my TB read and had to wait until my appointment which was an hour and a half.. what should have been a quick follow up was not possible
What started off as a low-grade fever and testing for a possible strep or flu and what I thought would’ve been a routine minute clinic visit ended up being an emergency where EMS and ambulance was called for my teenager during this time. Both practitioners who were there helped me stayed with us the entire time until EMS arrived, attended to my son the entire time the attention and the care they showed I will be forever grateful for. Had a great experience with my provider. My two complaints are that these clinics no longer prescribe controlled medication which is not disclosed anywhere on the website. This is important for the public to know because I needed a medication to treat my illness and it was not disclosed to me until the pharmacy declined to fill the medication. I wish the provider had told me this up front. Second, you will never get a hold of your provider again if you do no go back to clinic (which I had to do) if there is an issue with you... read more
