Montoya was really great. She was professional, respectful, and kind while also being personable. If I need to go back I hope she’s the one to treat me.
I came into the minute clinic today for a sore throat and chest congestion. I was greeted my Montoya. She was great. She was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and really informative. She ran a Covid test and a flu test. I left that office knowing that I had a thorough exam. She is a credit to CVS. I really recommend going there if you are having similar issues that I had. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!!!!!
If I could give it zero stars I would, the nurse practitioner there is horrible and needs to go back to school. Waste of time and Money, just go see a real physician
Verified my insurance coverage, booked an appt online, drove 20 mins to get there only to be told by the nurse that they don’t take Anthem / BCBS. When I called CVS customer support after returning home, their insurance team said they DO take my insurance, and to find another CVS clinic to return to. No thank you, I’ve had enough incompetence from this experience. I called back to leave feedback with customer service regarding the experience and was left on hold for 20 minutes.
