If I could give no starts! I would’ve today we had an appointment and some little short curly haired lady was there! like who does minute clinic hire now and days she was NOT an example of how minute clinics should be it was TERRIBLE SHE IS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL y’all should fire her and get someone new with a lot more care towards her clients she was even rude to a gentleman while I was there , she canceled appointments with out any knowledge and turns her customers away NO DOCTOR should do that but SHE DID unexpectab... read more
Amazing nurse practitioner she listened to my concerns and took treating me seriously.
I saw NP Carla DeFlora on 1/27/25 at the CVS in humble. I am so glad that the minute clinic is an option for me. I would’ve had to wait a week or more just to get in to see my PCP. Ms. Carla was very thorough during my visit, very nice and very accommodating. So glad I chose to go in that day because I am feeling so much better now!
Arrived at CVS Minute Clinic with hopes of doing a rapid flu test. I arrived at 8:15am due to them opening at 8:30 (listed on their website and in store) waited around nobody ever came. Finally an employee comes strolling in at 9:30 carrying his briefcase looking as if we did something to disgust him. The male walks in the back without uttering a word to the individuals waiting in the lobby. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Sir if you no longer wish to be employed at CVS look elsewhere!
