This place claims walk-in friendly but we are told to come the next day after one hour of waiting. The appointment system is also a mess. It doesn't provide any option to make appoint for vaccine.

Took my grandson for a very painful ear infection. The Dr. was very kind, thorough, and professional.
Went in for a birth control shot that’s covered by my insurance and Mai, Tatianna was the NP for the day. She’s very sweet but she cost me an additional $400 because she offered to do STD work up since I had to give my urine and that was NOT COVERED by my insurance. I thought she was going above and beyond not knowing it would cost me so much, and I recently had testing done so I really didn’t need it.
Terrible. Practitioner Prudence Oppong, np lectured me about going to her even when the company website said they covered the issue I was going for. She didn't submit my insurance card to the administration side. She only submitted it on my medical chart and now I have been charged automatically for the full amount of the bill. I was not given a paper bill or an email notifying me about a payment or that I did not have insurance on file.
