I was able to schedule my appointment within two hours from the time that I scheduled the appointment. It’s close to home and on top of that I had Titilayo Ezeji, NP who was so generous, knowledgable? kind and very attentive. Will definitely recommend.

I went to this minute clinic with extreme nausea. Don't remember the name of the person I saw but she was not very good at her job. she kept telling me that I was anxious because my blood pressure was high but if she had taken a few minutes to look at my information she know its always on the high end for my age. She also kept sharing information about her personal life (no one is there to hear about her medical issues). Worst medical experience of my life. Minute clinic is run by frauds and scammers. They kept my credit card on file from a previous visit without my consent. Told me for the visit that my insurance would be billed and I had no copay for the day. After I left, I received a charge on a credit card that I no longer use except in very specific situations. I called customer service the next day and they accused me of lying, and that there was no way that i was charged via a card that was kept on file, because that is against their... read more

Had an appointment for 10:30 it is now 10:40, haven't been acknowledged at all. Terrible time management across the board. Update: it’s 10:50 everyone is coughing and hacking in the lobby Update: it’s 11:06 no one has said anything, I should've known from the homeless man sitting outside that this clinic wasn't going to be right. Update: finally being seen at 11:24 smh outrageous

Came here to get treated for bacterial tonsillitis, and instead got met with there is nothing we can do and was told to go to an ER since they assumed it as an abscess tonsil.. which it was not. Doctor told me that since I took antibiotics for two days (left over antibiotics from my cousin) they cannot give a proper diagnosis and did not want to prescribe me antibiotics to treat my infection. LOL thank god I had some left over antibiotics that were still good, ended up having to treat myself and was successful. This place do... read more
