I decided at 4 in the morning that I wanted to go in for a strep test. At that point, there was no appointment availability left that morning so I decided to press my luck and walk in. They opened at 8:30 am; I got there at 8:00 am and waited in my car so that I could be the first person there. There was no one visible at the clinic, just a kiosk for checking in with no walk in option. When the NP came out to grab a scheduled patient, I had to interrupt and ask how they handle walk ins. This was the best. Great professional and great at explaining. Cost was very reasonable as I don't have insurance.
I put a 1 rating I can’t leave a zero. I don’t think you could make the process more difficult to sign in. There is no one there to help you sign in. I tried to use the kiosk to sign in which didn’t recognize the online registration and confirmation I had. Finally U found an email that was sent just before appointment and confirmed was here. Then proceeded to wait for more than a half hour to the time I signed up for. Unbelievable!!!
Should NOT say they are open till 5:00pm for the Minute Clinic because I walked-in at 4:30pm and was on the waitlist as well for today. They were cleaning up and had no patients in sight. If you are a "minute" clinic, you don't have time for one more patient 30mins before 5pm?
