Sundays are my only available day and I was able to get a same-day appt on a Sunday for a nagging issue. Britney the DNP was my provider and she was so great. Listened to my concerns, got me the medical care I needed, and was very kind and personable, making me feel comfortable the entire time. Excellent bedside manner! This visit well exceeded my expectations for a walk in clinic. Thank you so much Britney!
Went in yesterday afternoon with a terrible 2 day migraine. Dr. Kaur was very kind and helpful when working with me yesterday afternoon. We worked thru my symptoms and she prescribed me the right meds to get thru my terrible migraine problem. She even went out to the store to walk me thru which of the OTC meds made the most sense for my situation. Just under 24hrs later and I'm feeling considerably better. I got what I needed from this visit.
I was able to be seen same day by making an appointment. I got a strep test done with rapid results. The nurse practitioner was extremely caring and detailed when giving me my next steps for treatment. The pharmacy had my prescription ready right after I was seen. I was very happy with my experience, and would definitely go again!
The web page for Minute Clinic clearly advertises that they serve the infection I was dealing with. I just needed a screening and to get antibiotics. I was told over the phone I could walk in. Wrong. After making an appointment and giving them insurance info I was told that they didn't service my issue and that they'd refer me to another urgent care in town! They would still charge me though. Very unsatisfied!
