My friend went in for what she thought was the flu, as well as a rash she was getting. Woman took a picture of the rash and said she’d get back to her once she got a second opinion. Never did. The woman gave her some sort of pill (can’t remember the name) that she said, and I quote “this is what they give little kids to help them stop coughing.” My friend is 24 btw. I was told my bill would be $114 BEFORE insurance. I paid my $35 copay at the time of visit and was told anything my insurance didn't cover would be available to pay online. I was then charged an additional $330.76 directly to my account. I tried calling over and over and couldnt get an answer and was repeatedly told the clinic was closed even after going in person. I was able to get in contact with someone over the phone after I lied and said I had a medical question. They told me that no one ever told me it'd be only $114 ... read more
